Return terms

We will gladly exchange an item for online credit. Before sending the item back, please contact our Customer Service team to confirm the reason why you are wishing to return (Email : info@fromthearxhive). Request for return must be made within 24hrs of receiving the product. All item(s) to be exchanged must be returned in perfect, new condition with original tags attached. Please send tracking number of the return within 5 days after receiving the goods.
For any returned items, you will not be refunded the original cost of shipping, and you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursements or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to From The Arxhive.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We do not accept items that are worn, washed, altered or a sale item.

If you are approved, then your credit will automatically be applied and you can choose an item within the same price range.

Where to send your parcel?

To return your product, you should email us at info@fromthearxhive.com and we will provide a location to send package.

 


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

Sale items

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Non-compliant order

All our products are unique and has DTG Printing. However, if you have received a defective item, we suggest you contact our customer service at info@fromthearxhive.com
